Atlantic Catfish

Atlantic wolf fish (catfish) is a bottom-dwelling species caught in Norwegian coastal and offshore waters. It has firm, boneless flesh with a mild flavour. Well-suited for pan-frying, grilling, and baking. A fairly sustainable whitefish with strong demand in Nordic and European markets. Available as whole or skinned fillets.
