Greenland Halibut

Greenland halibut is a deep-water flatfish caught in cold Arctic and sub-Arctic waters. Rich, fatty flesh makes it suitable for smoking and grilling, and it is highly valued in Asian export markets as well as European foodservice. Available as whole frozen, H&G, or fillets.
