Norwegian mackerel is caught in the North Sea and Norwegian coastal waters during summer and autumn. Highly rich in omega-3 with a distinctive flavour and dark, oily flesh. In strong demand in Asian markets for its nutritional value. Available as whole round frozen, H&G, or butterfly-cut fillets. Seasonal availability with large volumes.
