Redfish is a deepwater rockfish caught in the Norwegian Sea and Barents Sea. Firm, white flesh with a mild, slightly sweet flavour. The skin is bright red, making it visually distinctive. Redfish is popular in Central European markets. Available frozen as whole or H&G.
